Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, systems analysis, and project management. The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting software applications and systems to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems using programming languages and development tools.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software applications with existing systems and third-party solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development and IT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum X years of experience in software development, systems analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are desirable.
