Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Consultant to design, develop, and implement BI solutions using SAP BusinessObjects and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BI tools and technologies, with experience in data modeling, reporting, and analytics. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop data models, data flows, and ETL processes using SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Data Services.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira, and Design Studio.
• Optimize performance and ensure data integrity across BI solutions by implementing best practices and standards.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Participate in BI project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and solutions to maximize adoption and usability.
• Stay current with SAP BI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP BI development and implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects suite including Web Intelligence, Lumira, and Design Studio.
• Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Data Services for data modeling and ETL.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other cloud-based BI platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with SAP BW/4HANA are preferred.
